We are seeking a commercial property and casualty insurance broker to join our client's service team in Laval, to manage a producer's portfolio. Your responsibilities will include handling client files. Our client is an independent brokerage firm with several years of experience.

A competitive base salary starting at $70,000/year or more, negotiable based on your experience.

Flexible hours based on the firm's business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Benefits paid 40% to 60% by the employer, depending on your needs and budget (life insurance, prescription drugs, salary, disability, dental), after 3 months or from day 1, depending on your experience.

What you bring:
You are known for your negotiation and persuasion skills.
You enjoy providing excellent customer service.
Prepare, verify, and send insurance documents (quotes, invoices, certificates, endorsements, etc.).
Collaborate with the producer to gather information for updates and to define marketing strategies with insurers.
Process modifications, pricing, customer retention, and solicitation during inbound calls.
Work on renewals and perform updates by professionally advising policyholders.
Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their files.
Who are you?
You hold a valid AMF certificate in business insurance (required). You have at least 3 years of experience in commercial insurance.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard.
You have a working knowledge of English.
