To support their growth, our client is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Broker for a position serving their VIP clientele, who are business clients for their personal needs (commercial clients, high-value homes, boat owners, etc.). Our client is an independent brokerage firm specializing in personal and business insurance. Experiencing rapid growth, they need insurance professionals like you to join a dynamic team in their offices located in Laval, Boucherville, and Quebec City.
What we offer:
Permanent position.
A base salary starting at $55,000/year or more, negotiable based on experience.
Receive $75 commission on CIME sales.
Annual bonus of up to $1,000 based on your performance and the company's results.
Work-life balance.
Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Benefits paid at 40% to 60% by the employer, depending on your needs and budget (life insurance, prescription drugs, salary, disability, dental), after 3 months or from day 1, depending on your experience.
50% reimbursement of your sports activities, up to $300/year.

You are known for your negotiation and persuasion skills, enabling you to negotiate with various insurers.
You enjoy providing excellent customer service.
Process renewals and answer policyholders' questions about their policies.
Shop for quotes from our various insurers.
Manage your own client portfolio.
Who are you?
You hold a valid AMF certificate in personal lines insurance.
You have at least one year of experience in personal lines insurance.
You are fluent in English.
You are computer literate and comfortable using various software programs, and you know how to present yourself effectively when speaking with high-value clients.
You learn quickly and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
